Fees:
M2 Luxury Car Rent may charge a non-refundable service fee for the booking and/or modification of transportation services through the website. Additionally, you are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments related to your use of the products and services available from the site.
Deposits and Payment:
Any deposits made by you are non-refundable. The payment of a deposit reserves a booking but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once full payment is received, subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will inform you of the date by which full payment is required. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to make payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers. Personal checks may not be accepted as a method of payment. After full payment, the Supplier's conditions may allow for price increases in your arrangements. We will pass on any such increases to you as we become aware of them. Please note that if your travel arrangements include transportation costs, changes in fuel prices, taxes, fees, and exchange rates may result in price changes after full payment has been made.
The displayed price and currency on the website will match the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card currency.
Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.
Cardholders should retain copies of transaction records, as well as M2 Luxury Car Rent's policies and rules.
Cancellations and Changes:
Your contract with M2 Luxury Car Rent or the Suppliers may allow for cancellations or amendments to bookings. If we are your Booking Agent, we will promptly notify you of any significant changes as soon as we become aware of them, provided there is sufficient time before your departure. However, we cannot be held liable for any changes or costs incurred as a result. Depending on the terms and conditions of M2 Luxury Car Rent and the Supplier, you will have the option to accept the changed arrangements, accept an alternative transportation offer (if available), or cancel your booked arrangements and receive any applicable refunds. Please note that we do not guarantee refunds in all cases.
Ensure that you have provided us with your contact email address and regularly check for messages before your travel. We have no control over airline schedule changes and cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from such changes.
If You Change Your Booking:
You confirm that the pick-up date, times, locations, requested vehicles and billing information are accurately stated. You agree not to downgrade or delete the originally reserved vehicles, or shorten the original length of service specified at the time of booking. Changes to the itinerary can only be made by the individual who made the online, email, or phone reservation. Client modifications are limited to pick-up time(s), locations, destination(s), addition and/or upgrade of vehicles, and overtime. All changes must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to your service date. Written additions or alterations made by the customer without the company's written agreement are invalid and unenforceable.
If You Cancel Your Booking:
All cancellations must be made in writing or via email. The cancellation policies will be communicated to you in writing at the time of quotation. Cancellations received on or after the specified date in the cancellation policy will be subject to the cancellation charges outlined in the policy.
If you decide to cancel your arrangements, you must inform M2 Luxury Car Rent at least 24 hours before the service date. The refund amount will depend on the services booked and may be either partial or non-refundable. We require the original voucher/documents from you before considering any applicable refund. If you cancel before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.
Refund:
Any partial or full refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. The refund transfer may take up to 21 days to be completed.
M2 Luxury Car Rent reserves the right to charge financial penalties, fees, and losses incurred as a result of cancellation.
Taxes and Gratuities:
Taxes imposed by city and state governments are included in the pricing, unless otherwise specified at the time of quotation.
Gratuities for drivers are not included and are at the discretion of the traveler.
Insurance:
All vehicles provided by M2 Luxury Car Rent are comprehensively insured, including third-party liability of up to Two Million UAE Dirhams for property damage and unlimited coverage for death or permanent disability resulting from bodily injury, subject to UAE court decisions. The insurance coverage is valid within the UAE only. Please note that insurance coverage will be void if the vehicle is used for towing, racing, desert driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for any undesignated purpose, or if the number of passengers exceeds the seating capacity.
